This woman-owned and operated company started as a laser tattoo removal business and has since incorporated tattooing to deliver a full-service experience to its clients. Blackbird Studio’s winning photo shows the modification of an unwanted tattoo after six laser treatments with the Duality laser, followed by a cover-up tattoo.
